Hinson Consulting Group builds and maintains this website to be usable by people with disabilities and correctly interpretable by assistive technology and AI agents — and treats that as a governed, tested commitment rather than a claim.
What HCG commits to, and against which standard.
The target standard is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, supplemented by the W3C ARIA Authoring Practices for interactive components and by agent-accessibility checks (well-formed accessibility tree, correct roles and states, machine-readable structure). Current status: partially conformant — no known WCAG failures exist at the date of this statement, but full conformance has not yet been independently certified across every page and assistive-technology combination, and this statement says so rather than overclaiming.
Practices in place sitewide: semantic HTML with a single front controller enforcing consistent structure, escaped and labeled dynamic content, skip-to-content link, visible focus, prefers-reduced-motion honored (auto-rotating content starts paused for reduced-motion users, with a play control), keyboard-reachable controls built on native elements, and JSON-LD on every page.
A monthly automated audit, not a one-time checkbox.
On the first Friday of each month an automated audit runs Google PageSpeed accessibility checks across six key pages and structurally verifies the ARIA patterns of interactive components against their W3C reference implementations. Regressions are flagged for correction the same day they are found. Findings land in the engineering log and material results are appended to the ledger below.

What has not been formally verified yet.
Being explicit about the gaps is part of the commitment: a full keyboard-traversal audit across every template, screen-reader testing on mobile devices, and completion of authorized end-to-end form-submission journeys under assistive technology remain on the verification roadmap. None of these areas has a known failure — they are listed because they have not yet been formally tested, and this ledger will record the results when they are.
